Ever since the start of quarantine, I have had an odd attachment to my kitchen. I have been making all sorts of delicious food from recipes that are available online! Okay -- I’ll admit it -- most of them have been sweets. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you will definitely enjoy these recipes!
Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins
I can’t even begin to explain how good these were. The recipe calls for honey instead of sugar, meaning it’s already a lot healthier than your average muffins. Something about the taste of honey makes these muffins so unique and delicious. Not to mention, the oatmeal and blueberries are a perfect combination taste-wise. Ratatouille would be happy!
Sugar Cookies
Although simple, these sugar cookies will definitely make your mouth water! I don’t know if it’s just me, but the simplicity makes them all the better. You can dip these cookies in milk, or even frost them if you would like. Although this recipe only takes around 25 minutes to complete, it yields around 48 cookies. Most of the ingredients can be found already in your house, so don’t hesitate to bake a batch!
Vanilla Cupcakes
Vanilla cupcakes are the best for snacking on when you’re not supposed to be. These specific cupcakes are incredibly light and fluffy. They are perfect for birthdays, holidays, or really any occasion where cupcakes might be appropriate. Who are we kidding though… cupcakes are always appropriate! This recipe only takes around 40 minutes to make, and will leave you with 20-25 delicious cupcakes.
These are just 3 of the very simple, easy, and delicious recipes I have found! If you have some that you would like to share, feel free to do so in the comments section! Otherwise, I hope you enjoyed this quick list and were able to find something that suits your taste. Happy baking!
