Recently, I’ve discovered a newfound passion for baking. Over this past week, I’ve easily made ten batches of cookies, and about half of the batches have been the Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies! My family is absolutely obsessed with them and has me making them almost everyday. This recipe will make 12-14 cookies that are literally mouth watering.
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter (I personally don’t fill up the cup all the way. I leave about a tablespoon of peanut butter off.)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Butterscotch chips ( add in as much as you’d like. This is optional, but I think they make the cookies 10x better)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Combine your peanut butter, egg, and sugar together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix it with a rubber spatula.
As you’re mixing, add in the butterscotch chips.
Using a cookie scoop (or your hands!), scoop the batter on to your cookie sheet. Keep about an inch or space between the cookies.
Put your cookies in the oven and let them bake for 10-12 minutes!
Once they’re done, let them sit for two minutes before serving.
I hope you enjoy these cookies as much as I did! If they end up crumbly or not staying together, try adding ice cream on top! Let us know in the comments how your batch turns out!
sounds amazing! i'll have to try :)
