Sometimes the world can get a little too hectic and the feeling of stress and anxiety starts to take over. Especially during these times where we have to isolate ourselves from our loved ones, it can feel really tough.
One way I try to ignore these feelings is by distracting myself with a movie or a show that can help take my mind away but it’s not always too effective.
From what I observed we just have to watch something that doesn’t require too much of our attention in order to switch our focus to another thing.
So with that, I will be showing you guys what videos I like to watch whenever I’m not in the best mood!
Cafe Vlogs are some of my favorite videos to watch on Youtube just because they are so relaxing. The atmospheres in these videos are incredibly warm and comforting and can make you forget about any anxiety or stress you were dealing with before. Most of them also don’t include talking but just the sounds of making drinks, serving food, etc., and are ASMR-like which can be helpful for many people.
I watch almost all of Choively’s videos, I love the way they are filmed and the drinks she makes look so pleasing to the eye!

2. Nino's Home
This is more of a cooking channel more so than the last one I mentioned but nevertheless the vibes are still the same! I love Nino’s videos because the food he makes always looks so good and his videos are edited in such a neat format. Like Choively’s videos he keeps in the sound of the food he’s making and it’s great ASMR.
If you ever feel down just turn on the captions to his videos where he inserts commentary on his cooking, it is oddly entertaining.

I’m pretty sure most of you have seen Mayapolarbear’s videos whether that be on Youtube or Tiktok! Maya is a Samoyed and the channel is composed of videos of her doing things with her mom, some are ASMR of her eating, her doing challenges, etc. I believe it is the most wholesome content on the site and definitely deserves all the love.
