Bread is one of the simplest and most delicious things that you can make- don't be daunted by the time estimate, most of that time is spent in the oven! The actual making of the bread should take no more than 20 minutes.
Time Estimate: 3 hours
Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Yeast
1 Tbsp Sugar
1Tbsp Salt
Extras: Olive oil, herbs
Steps:
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl (flour, yeast, sugar, salt)
Add water to the dry ingredients
Cover the mixture with a towel and let it rise for at least two hours
Put the dough on a baking sheet and shape the bread into whichever shape you want it to be! You can also add olive oil and spices/herbs on top of the bread to make it tastier.
Put your mixture in the oven for about 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes (amount of time varies from oven to oven, make sure this works for you!)
