The Forum is really simple, but it can be confusing to figure out at first. If you're not sure how to use the Forum and want to learn, you've come to the right place!

1. Can anyone make a forum post? What are the rules?

Yes! Anybody can make a forum post. As long as you follow our site safety guidelines.

2. How do I make a forum post?

Step one: Go to our Forum page. It's the first bar under our teenager tab on the menu, it should look like this:

Step Two: Once you're on the page, select and click on a category that you would like to put your post under. For example, let's say you want to post a question about where you can learn guitar easy and fast. Then, you would go to the "Quarantine To-Do's" Category.

Step Three: Once you have clicked on your preferred category, it should look something like this, there should be a list of all the different posts that are already under the category. There is also a little green box that says "Create New Post" in the upper right-hand corner. Click on it!

Step Four: Once you select the "Create A New Post" Button, Wix will give you the option to either start a discussion or ask a question. Choose either button depending on the kind of post you want to create! For example, I want to know"Where/How can I learn guitar easy and quick?" so I will press the ask a question button. On the other hand, if you want to share tips on how to play guitar, you will want to click the start a discussion button.

Step Five: After you have clicked on your preferred type of post, you can begin writing it! Once you are satisfied with your post, you can post it by pressing the green "Publish" button in the lower righthand corner of the screen.

Voila! You are now officially done with your forum post.

3. How can I comment on other people's posts?

Once you have selected a certain post, there should be an option to "Comment" or "Follow the Post" in a green box on the righthand corner of the screen. If you want to comment, press the comment box! If you want to follow the post (this means you will receive updates and notifications on future comments and information listed in this post) press the Follow Post button. It should look like this:

4. Can I create a new category?

Unfortunately that is not possible on the forum. If you have a forum post that does not fit into any of the listed categories, you can contact us and request this alternate category, and we will try to do that for you! Meanwhile, you can put your post under whichever category fits your post the best that QuaranTEEN already offers.
